Returns

  1. Gueka offers a 15-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date.
  2. Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging. Otherwise, the paid amount will not be refunded. Customs charges are borne by the costumer.
  3. The cost of the return will be borne entirely by the customer. When we receive the package, it will need to be registered and the condition of the items checked before being refunded. This period may take approximately 2 business days. Once the refund is processed, the customer will receive an email with the subject "Refund Notification" detailing the transaction. From the moment this email is received, it will take 3-4 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account, although this period may vary depending on the customer's bank.
